Dr. Warren is a triple board-certified physician with more than 25 years of experience in geriatric medicine, hospice, and palliative care. He is licensed in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. He completed a geriatric fellowship at Temple University Hospital after serving as Chief Resident in the Montgomery Hospital Family Practice Residency Program. He then began his career as an attending physician in long-term care at Temple Continuing Care Center, managing chronic disease and symptom relief for nursing home residents.

Over the following two decades, Dr. Warren has held senior medical leadership roles across hospice and palliative care. He served as Medical Director of Montgomery Hospice, Chief Medical Director of VNA Hospice of Philadelphia, Director of Palliative Care Service at Temple University Hospital, and Medical Director of Palliative Care at Care Dimensions in Massachusetts. He is currently Director of Palliative Care and Associate Medical Director at Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home, where he also conducts peer review for quality management. A longtime educator, he served on the faculty of the MGH Palliative Care Fellowship Program and directed geriatric and palliative care curricula for physicians in training.
