Caitlin is a nurse leader and Certified Case Manager with more than 15 years of experience in home health, hospice, and community-based care. After earning her BS in Nursing from Salem State University, she began her career as a telemetry and medical-surgical nurse at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. She then moved into home care, where she spent 12 years with the agency now known as Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home. She advanced from case manager and triage nurse to Clinical Manager, overseeing interdisciplinary teams of nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides. She then served as Branch Director, accountable for quality outcomes, OASIS integrity, compliance, and risk management.
From 2021 to 2022, Caitlin served as Director of Quality and Compliance for Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home. She oversaw quality and performance improvement and regulatory compliance for the agency's certified home health and hospice services. She led its QAPI, policy and procedure, and emergency preparedness committees, and monitored publicly reported data and rehospitalizations. She also investigated patient complaints and incidents and maintained readiness for Department of Public Health surveys. She currently manages a team of case managers supporting Medicare Advantage and dual-eligible members at Devoted Health, where she conducts documentation and quality assurance reviews.
