Brooke is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts with more than a decade of experience in elder care, hospice, and home and community-based services. She earned her Master of Social Work with a concentration in older adults from Salem State University. Her career has focused on psychosocial assessment, care coordination, and advocacy for older adults and their families across the continuum of care, from adult day health and PACE to hospice and home health.

Brooke currently serves as the Homemaker and Home Health Aide Program Social Worker at the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital. There she assesses veterans' functional and cognitive needs and oversees the quality of VA-funded home health and community services. She was previously a Medical Social Worker at Beth Israel Lahey Health's Center for Healthy Aging and a hospice social worker on the home care team at Care Dimensions, where she counseled families on end-of-life decisions, advance directives, and guardianship. Earlier, she directed Spectrum Adult Day Health, a dementia-specific program with Lahey Health Continuing Care, and coordinated nursing home admissions and discharges as a social worker with Element Care's PACE program. She is a former Chair of the Massachusetts Adult Day Health Services Association.
